We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
