We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. We loved this place. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade from studio to 1 br. The apartment was big, with top quality washer / dryer and full kitchen. Everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and very comforting. About 10 minute drive to Venice, Hollywood, Downtown, Etc. If your an NBA fan of the Los Angeles Clippers, their practice facility is across the street. Overall a very good destination for a get away. -

Everything was fine and good. Great location, near the metro and bus stations. USC and expo center in 5 minute walking distance. Several places to eat are also close to hotel. -

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through,
long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of,
particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my
name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store
there... And I even had a dramatically different haircur!

Room was well appointed, large and modern.
Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance.
Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable.
Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles.
The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.
