We loved this place. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade from studio to 1 br. The apartment was big, with top quality washer / dryer and full kitchen. So much better value than a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in with top quality linens and very good toiletries. Wi-fI is super hi-speed. We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through,
long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of,
particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my
name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store
there... And I even had a dramatically different haircur!

Room was well appointed, large and modern.
Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance.
Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable.
Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles.
The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. It was close to everything; shopping, Santa Monica Pier, great restaurants and bars; couldn't have asked for a better location. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.
The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable.
