One of the nice things about this hotel is that it sits a bit back off
of the main strip but it is still within walking distance of many stores
and entertainment areas, including a movie theatre. There is a traffic
signal just down the block and if you are acquainted with the traffic at

Front Desk Staff was excellent. Breakfast & dining area was very
good. The pool was great. New pull out sofa in rooms was comfortable.
Clean, convenient location in Pigeon Forge is close to Dollywood &
the new Baseball Fields on Wears Valley Rd. It's located about
midway on the parkway so everything is close! Very pleasantly surprised
with the quality, all inside corridor rooms.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad
reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel.
The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we
not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels

It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Ther room was very nice although I did request a smoking room. It was nice enough outside to smoke so no big deal. The cleaning staff accidentially threw away a souvineer but the desk clerk was very nice about it. we went to pigeon forege to scatter my brothers ashes. my mom is on oxygen. the staff at this hotel was over exceptional. i really appreciate the hospitality we were given. as a rule when we go to a hotel with my mom it is a hassle, that was not the case at this place at all. thank you again. we will definately stay with you all again.

The staff were really nice. The bed was awesome. My husband has a bad back and usually can't sleep on his back but he could on this bed and slept the best he has in years. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we really loved it. The stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in every thing we needed to know about the attractions and places and things to see. Will definitely stay here again. We are actually thinking about going back in July and staying at this same hotel.

Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools--
one inside, one outside. Good parking! I also loved they would have
coffee and cookies sitting out in the evening and early morning. Then

The continental breakfast wasn't your ordinary bagels and muffins.
Country Cascades had fresh made omelettes made in front of you the way
you wanted and the line that stretched down the hallway told you how
good they were! Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian
waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were
hot and the butter melted on them. Not to mention fresh fruit, bagels,
orange and apple juice, cereal, and milk! Another thing I thought was
very amazing

I like that its very clean workers are nice pool is open and has a kiddie pool for small kids hot tub for adults and pool is 4 1/2 ft deep good for swimmin or playing -

have loved to but were very busy. We did not have a no room service
ntice so when we came back the room was cleaned nicely, if you know who

Absolutely loved this hotel. We usually stay in a cabin and this was our
first hotel experience in Pigeon Forge. Outstanding staff, very clean
hotel, great breakfast(that includes more than just cereal and bagels)
it was a full breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will

The room was exceptionally clean (I.E. bathroom, mattress, sheets,
tables, carpet, sink, microwave, fridge) and the mattress was very
comfortable. Everything felt taken care of. Nothing was old, worn,

I loved everything it was wonderful and I will defiantly be returning to this hotel.. The staff are all so very, very nice. The only thing I would change, would be a little something different for breakfast. They have a huge selection. But I would have changed a lil something different like pancakes one day, bacon, ham, fried eggs. Just a little change. But I still loved it and it taste wonderful... I would give a 98 out of 100.. I will definatly be back..
