Great hotel, great staff. Met our non-luxury, but clean and comfortable and not necessarily "budget" needs. Good location for Rugby tournament in Sam Boyd Stadium (location was reason we chose the hotel the first time- now we just keep going back b/c we like it). -

It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in
the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but
it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and
ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz
concert). Big room, big bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower. -

The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a
wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the
problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were

Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it.
