It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in
the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but
it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and
ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz
concert). Big room, big bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower. -

The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a
wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the
problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. restaurant and a good value. Good bath products in room. Baby cakes
coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair
service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for
Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more
for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't
nickel & dime me.

everything! the staff were fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite at no cost, fabulous amenities, fabulous views, rocking pool party, great location. When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -

The hotel is probably one of the few that is just that. Most other venues are a combination of hotel, casinos, shops and more. The location is perfect as the building is somewhat away from the busy and noisy boulevard. The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to
