  There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there. And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or... что говорят » unsafety at all. We would recommend this hotel mainly for young people and travellers. - Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Gave us walking instructions to our intended destination. Also pointed out alternate transportation solutions and approximate costs.

  The room was well kept and I was on the Eddy side but on the 4th floor as long as the window is shut it was quiet. Free wireless and the morning paper were a pleasant suprise. - Nice, quiet, clean and good location

Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street.   The staff was very friendly and flexible when our plans changed. Parking facility was excellent and secure. - The room was super clean, oversized and the tub drained!! :) Parking was limited but free! The free coffee was better than Starbucks! The hotel is only a block from the bus to get to Pier 39.
