I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. Kevin also extended my wife and i a wondwrfully delious full course meal at the hotel's rooftop resturant, all exspenses paid by the hotel. We reccommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference. The hotel is very good for visiting Manhattan. It is located in front of Chambers Street Subway stop, on the red line, 10 minutes from Times Square. The rooms are quite small but really well cleaned and the hotel as well.
Hotel Staff are at your disposal for any needs (i.e. we need a powerful hair dryer and we received it in 1 minute directly in room) and you will find someone to help you 24 hours/day.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a
couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room
needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of
trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in
china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where
so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms.

was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around
town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff
was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc
were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.
