  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A ver... что говорят » y relaxing place (with a buzz)! - I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.
