Great value, very central location. Lovely pool and outdoor bar area. Within walking distance of the outlets, lovely restaurants and bars. -
I liked that it was minutes away from Universal and yet it was slightly secluded from the main road.

The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my
complaints regarding the poor breakfast experiences received by your sub
contractor tgif. Three day in a row, not funny starting your day with

- We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

Friendly staff and excellent location (in front of Wet'n Wild, near to many shops and easy access to public transport services) - The installations are good value for the money, location is also very good.

For the price, this is exceptional value for money. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for such a cheap rate? Everything you need, great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the security of knowing anyone could not just come in, get on the elevators and wander throughout the hotel. i loved the staff stopping to ask if you need anything or if they could assist in any way. - Great location; great service! Comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

For the purposes of my particular trip, the staff were excellent, the amenities were superb and it was value for money. Extremely happy with everything. A shuttle bus, laundry, internet etc were all things I needed for being away from home for so long. -

The staff was so helpfully and went out of their way to make our stay perfect; breakfast was good with a variety of items; the hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and updated; will definitely stay again. -

They had free scheduled shuttle bus (which also stops at other hotels) to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, although the schedule is quite limited. - It was inexpensive but othet that that nothing else was good

The suite had a nice layout. The added full kitchen was a huge plus. You could cook a meal as soon as you walked through the door because the kitchen was equipped with all the neccesary dishes, towels etc.. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. Nice Hotel. I´ve stayed at some other Hamptons and all of them fulfilled
