  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown!   I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly.   It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.
