What a FAB hotel
From the moment we checked in until we departed we were treated like gold. I got this room at an excellent price yet the staff and our concierge went above and beyond their duties with little extras like cupcakes and bubbly for my boyfriends 30 th which we spent in NYC.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Eventi. Even after we arrived (pretty cranky) just before 2 am, they were warm, helpful (room service? OF COURSE!), thoughtful (What brought you to NYC? A birthday- well, then, let's send you a gift of champagne!), knowledgeable (great restaurant recommendations, even for foodies!),and attentive. Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

Very safe and secure place to stay in and the area was safe,close to the metro stations from which you can go uptown or downtown and a main line into JFK.
