  Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location while slightly outside the city was perfect for those visiting Harvard and the shuttle service to different parts of the city is a real bonus.Boston is a really beautiful and friendly city steeped in hist... что говорят » ory and very easy to navigate. - It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent, responsive staff. The room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful view of the Charles River and city lights. The skylights in the center of the building bring in outside light and really compliment the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
