Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
