  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.   I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.
