  At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice.   Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival.
