It's a delightful, charming little inn, centrally located and a good bargain. The location was very near Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience. - Clean, recently redone, decent value. Cheaper rate if you call the motel directly.

The Hotel is a bit dated but very clean, I stayed in deluxe king room, paid close to 70 bucks a night, I must say I'm very impress. the room is quiet large with hardwood floor, bed is comfy, place is clean, the building is old but well maintain. Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

but clean. This is a funky old art deco style motor hotel that is
maintained to accommodate budget travelers-don't expect valet
parking, or luxury amenities, but do enjoy the no frills quick check in,
working ice/pop machines, in room coffee, and cable tv. And they
have smoking rooms if you are so inclined.

complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest,

Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

There is no negative thing i would mention.
The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or

The staff was wonderful. The parking was ok. tight spaces. Our car got a good size scratch from the car that parked next to us. Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street. Continental breakfast was ok. -

The staff was very friendly and flexible when our plans changed. Parking facility was excellent and secure. - The room was super clean, oversized and the tub drained!! :) Parking was limited but free! The free coffee was better than Starbucks! The hotel is only a block from the bus to get to Pier 39.
