The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

After our stay at the Las Vegas Embassy Suites we vowed to never stay anywhere else! Rooms have a nice kitchenette and seperate bedroom. The staff greeted us with a smile & asked if we needed anything to let them know. One of the few hotels we stayed in that was quiet. What a shock(in Vegas). The breakfast was good, although it would be nice to have some breakfast rolls or donuts to choose from. yummy coffee -

Location was excellent. Airport Shuttle was a real plus. There are very fine restaurants all within walking distance such as PF Changs, Hofbrau Haus, Firefly Bistro and the Marakech. - friendliness of staff
