  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. Good place to stay. - close to everything you need to see; on trolley line. beautiful large bedroom/living room/kitchenette. staff is very friendly and helpful; gave us free wi fi too. less than a mile to cruise ships. great place to see new Orleans for the first time. like it a lot better than newer sterile type hotels.

  I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. - We really liked the facilities although next time... что говорят » we will request 2 bathrooms.
