Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. Planet Hollywood is definately on my short list of places I want to stay again. - Everything!!hu

room was clean and up to date. Ti was centrally located on the strip.
Mystere was a great Cirque du Soleil show Alcoholic drinks in various
establishments were good; service people were helpful. The pirate show,
although kind of ridiculous with the Sirens, was still fun to watch.

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.
