  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  Hotel 140 was a great place to stay for me. I was traveling alone and it was located just a block from the train station. The front desk was great to help me in directions of the city. Very friendly staff. Also after I left and was at the train station having a hard time figuring out which way to go, a young man asked if he could help. Upon arrival I had taken the train from Springfield, MA. I followed the drive where the local buses pull into Back Bay Station right out to Clarendon Street and bore left. I had just a half-block walk from that point to the front entrance of the hotel.
