  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  The night receptionist was particularly helpful both the evening before and early the following morning when we had to leave. The internet facility was excellent - usually a problem when travelling.   This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too!
