I found the staff to be very accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and chic. Our room was very comfortable. All in all I was very pleased - Stayed there a number of times, so they upgraded my room; easy checkout. Clients love the bar.

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we
knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were
able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return
again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay
at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again.
