The staff (Maris, at the front desk, was specially helpful), the facilities, the breakfast lounge and the good environment. It's also super well located with a cable car station right at the corner. I'd also recommend the airport limo with a flat rate to the airport offered by the hotel. -

For both business and family. Great location, in the city but not with
all the noise. Close to the piers and Chinatown. Really enjoyed it! -

This hotel was in Chinatown and near to the city centre. We could walk to Fisherman's wharf as well as to the businesss district, and also the cosy street with Italian & other restaurants & bars was in walking distance. It was just a good room, clean, with enough space, with a good and clean shower & bathroom and compared to other prices and pictures of -
the room was very spacious. we got a room with balcony that face the main road.
it was clean, decent and really good enough for a comfortable night sleep.
there are shops avail just opposite the hotel which makes it really convenient to get your necessities.
hotel staff was friendly, free parking and am satisfied.

Out of context the rate seems a little bit expensive... But we compared
with so many other hotels in the area, and I really think this was the
best hotel for this price range! The location was amazing - north beach
on one side and chinatown on the other; walking distance to
fisherman's wharf... We really felt like we were in the heart of the

I did like they offered breakfast which other hotels in the area
didn'T. Breakfast was simple: cereals, breads, juices, boiled eggs.
The price was good compared to others in the area. I liked the location,
I wouldn't normally stay in "china town" but I enjoyed the
experience. One street over is North Beach, which isn't a
"beach". More appropriate name should be "little
italy"; very good italian restaurants. I would stay here again if
the prices stayed the way they were.

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very central, so perfect for visiting SF. you can go almost anywhere walking from the hotel. The bed was comfy, everything was clean so.. all ok.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!

The Room was great. Very Clean. Hotel front desk woman with an accent
wasn't warm, but helpful. The guy who worked the front desk on
Saturday night was awesome. The art going up the staircase looked like a
mess. I know art, this was design student style. Sorry. Just saying.
Looked like elements were peeled off. Cool... If it was a cohesive

Considering it was a city hotel with obviously limited space we really enjoyed our stay there.
