  Excellent location next to a great park and within 5 mins walk of Lake Michigan. Transport into city super easy from right outside the hotel or you can walk into the city within half hour. Design of the hotel funky & individual - loved the staff 'uniforms' with the bow ties etc. Great coffee shop attached to the hotel lobby. The building itself is really impressive, the room (as well as the bathroom!) was spacious with pleasant furnishing, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.
