  The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the facility was a bit tired, it was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not bad, not fabulous, but certainly adequate and plentiful. All in all, for the price, a good value. And the grounds and pool were pleasant. I stayed one night with my wife and her return flight was delayed. I stayed a second night! I was at another hotel by the airport in a not so hot area, and decided after they would let me see the room, yea that kind of place! Booked a room again at the Phoenix Place and happy I did! Staff is very nice!
