  I liked how friendly the staff was, very helpful. When they found out it was our wedding night they upgraded us to fabulous suite! I loved the view--it was classic NYC--amazing. I loved the bath products! The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos.
