The amazing staff first time in seattle and they were simply amazing and

This is a great hostel with very friendly staff who promote a camaraderie between their guests. The free dinners and cook your own breakfast with eggs and pancakes provided by the hostel give everyone an opportunity to mingle and enjoy travel experiences. It's a microcosm of a commune where everyone contributes willingly to make the experience good for the whole. There were families, solo travelers and groups of all ages. Very safe and great location.

Friendly staff in a cosy, clean hotel. Coming from London, the quality of the room corresponds more to a 3 star than a 2 star hotel. Nice large, well equipped, clean room and free breakfast was great! - Good continental breakfast, very filling and a lot of variety. Conveniently located from grocery store and restaurants. Resonable tariff compared to the amenities provided as well as rates in the nearby hotels.

Extremely nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and cosy way. The historic feeling is great. Great location. For breakfast, you can get tea or coffee and delicious pastry. I also liked how they turned the "bad" stuff into something nice; instead of saying "we only have bathrooms in the corridor and not in the roo

Jan (the owner) was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for sights and activities during my short stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as downtown Seattle/Pioneer Square. It is also on/near public transit lines. The hotel has an extremely rich and important history that Jan is always willing to talk about. If I ever make it to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here!

The Hostel is really nice. . It's in Chinatown. Not the safest neighbourhood but it has Great access to public transport and the most important sights. You could just walk there. They are pretty close.
