The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Due to the problems at
the beach club they upgraded our room and we continued our stay at the
hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the room and the friendliness of

I liked almost everything: the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and all the fixtures worked fine. I particularly loved the bathroom lighting - I use makeup, and it positively is the first hotel bathroom with a proper lighting. Great bed, too! -

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.
