Our hotel room is excellent with great views. Also the lobby isbeautiful and huge with lots of couches and we like the rumours club,being close to the huge mall. Also I love the patio and the little shopsinside the hotel. It was perfect. - The location was Awesome and the hotel was really nice.

Handy location for shopping and being near a larger supermarket, with
the kitchnette, we could prepare meals in the room rather than eat out
each night. Rooms were reasonable - nothing flash but definitely value
for money. Free internet was awesome and not included in many other

Convenient location near the beach and shopping and restaurants. WiFi in the room enables us to keep in touch with family back in Toronto and fridge and microwave in the room which was very helpful for breakfast. We had a good room with the view of the road but no noise. The Elite concierage and the Bell hop were very helpful in arranging trips and taxi

The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. Stayed here for 1 night just to sleep after a late night flight in before moving onto the beach front. Staff were friendly and offered us a free upgrade. Room was very clean though dated. Although away from the beach it is really only a few minutes away and you can still see the ocean. Great for travelling on a budget in Honolulu. -

This was an older hotel but everything seemed to be in operating
condition such as the pool, etc. Our room met our expectations and most
important these days, it was clean. Not a given anymore. The staff was
very helpful and competent. No complaints about anything.
