  everything was good nothing - Seems to be best priced hotel in area. Distance from main attractions is not a problem with a car. Its 2 stars are much better than South Beach ones.

Really incredible group of staff. - The character of the Eden house being part of Old Key West. The staff was incredible. They all were right there to do and help with anything. It is an experience to stay at the Eden house even though it is a little more expensive, it is well worth it.

  The front desk clerks were sooo friendly and accomodating. The check in was fast and easy thanks to Angel.We were traveling with our 2 little dogs and they were welcomed with friendly smiles and pets. - No driving once we got to the airport.Shuttles took us everywhere. Excellent service and the wait staff, especially Vivian, was wonderful.

  This place was awesome, we booked for one night and ended up booking for a second night. We were greeted with smiles and felt welcome from the time we walked into the office. Ruttanya was amazing even gave us a beautiful upgraded room, she was very attentive to my needs and very personable. CLEAN rooms spotless actually. AC works great. I had the 2 bedroom suite was a tri-level suite almost like a townhome. very Key west feeling thru out. Better option in Key west and amazingly reasonably priced. Highly recommend for solo travelers or family's

  The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. In fact one of the managers noticed at breakfast that my husband did not quite make his waffle properly. With out saying a word the manager made another waffle and came over to the table and exchanged it for him.This clearly was "above and beyond" service. The facility is ... что говорят » very nice. The garden setting around the pool area and facility reminded us of the Old Key West. I would highly recommend this hotel. They thought - The hotel was definately a great value. We walked in to check in and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff who hung beads from our necks and gave us a drink. It really made you feel like you were on vacation. The room was small but clean and the pool was perfect for lounging and having a few drinks. They had breakfast every morning for free which was perfect especially for a family. I even went to their little gym in the morning.

I look at every single detail, and I love everything being good, especially when you travel with your family. They have 3 pools and a beach with complimentary towels. You can order food & drinks on the tab of the room so that's easy. Free parking in front of your room as well as free WiFi all over the hotel. Breakfast is until 11:30 am Barefoot Billy’s is right around the corner if you want to go jet skiing. Just relax and enjoy the view, nothing bad to say about this hotel!

The views were beautiful and the pier was my absolute favorite.
