  Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   I really liked everything at this hotel. The front staff was very accomodating, the room and bath were meticulously clean and they were a very short drive to Hampton beach. The free breakfast was delicious with many options as well as plenty of food. I have been extremely pleased with my stay since first checking in to check out! I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.
