  Staff greeted us with a smile. My wife needed extra pillows as she suffers from acid reflux and has to raise the head of the bed. One call to the front desk and the extra pillows were quickly delivered to our room with a smile. The breakfast was great. We will definetly stay at the Roagking Inn on our next visit to Grand Forks, ND. - The breakfast was very appealing and welcoming. The staff kept the area clean when it was quite busy. The Skim milk was a great feature! The fridge was useable and clean. Close to the big box stores and you can walk to the mall. You can even bring your well behaved pet! Overall a clean, quiet place I always return.

  The room was really, really nice. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was always hot water, water pressure and the tub wasn't clogged. Almost every hotel we've been to has had no water pressure, limited hot water and either the sink or tub have always been clogged or had a very slow drain. We have found our new favourite hotel to stay while in Gran - I liked the staff, they we're helpful, I also enjoyed the beds as they were comfortable. The pool area needs to be promotebd better as a feature as I thought it was an wxcellent lkittle space. - We were in town for a UND graduation. The staff at Ramada were wonderful.   Everything was brand new and clean. It was fairly quiet, which we appreciated, and close to shopping, which was our main reason for being in Grand Forks. The bed was very comfortable. It was really nice to have the kitchenette to use during our stay.
