  Owners were great, friendly, helpful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. Setting, by a loud stream yet in Gatlinburg, off the main drag but easy access to everything! Shower had hot water ANY time. - We had a cozy little cottage with a small deck on the front facing the pool.
