  I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness and comfort of this little cottage style motel. The owners (staff) were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and refreshing. My room was very large and had both a small refrigerator and microwave. There was also wi-fi access available. Very economical. I have paid twice what I paid here - The owner was amazingly helpful and such an interesting person to meet. The atmosphere of this little facility is relaxing and quiet. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do - exploring Ft Myers to San Marco area. Excellent restaurants within a mile of our room! There's a clothesline to hang out your clothes....unheard of anywhere else! It's west coast FL's best kept secret!
