Great pool - was indoor and outdoor all in one. Our favorite hotel of the trip, great breakfast with lots of selection (hot and cold) -
The location was good from Flagstaff Airport and complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room,
quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac
running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did
exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to

Queen beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and mountain view. Temperature was just right. Hotel had coin operated laundry, huge bonus on extended trip. Also a common room with TV. A bit reminiscent of a dorm but great place to make phone calls away from my kids. -

Clean, nice well-kept and fairly new. Staff was great; we missed breakfast by 1/2 an hour but the staff let us brown bag some breakfast to go. Right off of the major highway (I-40) so good location. -

We took our 10 year old grandson to see the Grand Canyon and arrived at the Ramada Inn at 5:00 pm. Our room was ready, very clean and very cool. The bed was a little hard on my back, but in all fairness, I have a really bad back. In all we enjoyed our stay. -

The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building. Checked in late evening, checked out early morning. Didn't spend much time in the hotel but the beds were comfortable, there was no noise, the shower worked great, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly. -

Building was quiet, clean, had ground floor rooms --no need to use stairs. The area was quiet -- no trains, etc.The heating/cooling was easily controlled and quiet. Good, reasonable restaurant nearby. I'm sure the word "quiet" wouldn't apply so easily during ski season. -
