  Close proximity to city-center Eugene, which is walking distance to the Market District, College Hill, and Whiteaker Districts (westside). While it is on a busy street, the room is built old school solid, well insulated, and so the traffic is not a concern. Modern wall heater keeps the place toasty during those rainy Oregon days. Everything is kept clean - Great downtown location, friendly staff. Old motel, but well-maintained and clean, no offensive odor, no live-ins. Surprisingly quiet for close to a main street. Refrigerator, microwave, couch, extra pillows, iron/board, hair dryer, and (minimal) continental breakfast. All this for $51, sweet!

  clean comfortable bed plenty of hot water good water pressure effective heater, warmed room quickly free WiFi updated interior These are economy accommodations. As such, they are very acceptable.
