I had to pick up a document from South Embassy Suites at the airport and
I was booked into North. I had very little time to do this and the
shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up
the document. I was ever so grateful! -

Shuttle picked us up from LAX well within the time limit stated on the phone. Staff extremely friendly when booking in, happy to answer our many queries and did so even though it was quite busy. The room was great.
Everything was nice and clean and all looked very well maintained.
The gym was well equiped wit toilet, hand disinfectantand fresh towels.
The gardens around the hotel are beautiful giving a feeling of home accommodation.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. Safe, comfortable accommodations; convenient location; superb services such as room service.

The staff was amazing, second weekend we stay there and all where extremely nice and helpful, even agreed to leave the spa opened for longer than the usual hours, extra towels and toiletries with no problems. Breakfast was more than enough with sausage, bacon, eggs, fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea, waffles, toast and cereal, nice good selection, you must be a fool to say it's not enough. This is a fun hotel. There was a happy hour with a free drink and chips, which encouraged socialising among the guests. The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a
patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had
rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a
complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with
opening an inner door in the rooms. Diverse with a lot of travelers. -

It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our
two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire
depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the
car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5
or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. Make sure you take your

Convenient to airport with free shuttle, attractive lobby area with
comfortable seating (which was nice since I arrived very early and had
to wait to check in) very friendly and helpful personnel - bell desk,
front desk, room service, information. The room was clean and
comfortable. I would certainly recommend your hotel to others.
