The staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt to handle requests. The food in the morning was better than most places, and the hotel was conveniently located near great shops and restaurants. -

The size of the room was spacious. The full kitchen came in extremely
handy with a small child. The shuttle was very convenient and the
shuttle drivers were very pleasant. The front desk staff, housekeeping,
and the staff in the breakfast room were incredibly helpful. The morning
breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of options. -

The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The
front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The
valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area,
directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and
always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was
fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St.
Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to
get to where we were going.

This is an older hotel, but my room was well-maintained, clean and
comfortable. It was also a great price for the location. They also
offer a great free breakfast as part of the stay. Cable tv and wireless
are included. -
The price was good and the location was excellent. I would recommend the
hotel to friends and I would stay there again.

The breakfast in the morning was great! Far better than your average continental breakfast. The fresh baked cookies, coffee, and water in the afternoon was also a great touch! The beds were very comfy and the room was perfectly cleaned each day! Great place to stay. -

Love the setting and feel of this place! When I walked in, I felt like I
was in the musical "Meet Me in St. Louis." I actually checked
in late which wasn't a problem for Crystal. She welcomed me with

Friendly, accommodating staff - from our very first interaction, we could tell she was looking out for our needs, offering us a cut rate on a room because she insisted the room we had reserved wouldn't be big enough. The suite was more than we expected -- clean and comfortable.
And what can I say about the breakfasts? If we could, we would have stayed more than 2 nights just to sample the rest of the menu. Everything was delicious, in good-sized portions. All in all, this place helped to make

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Free drinks at the reception until 7:30PM. Pool and Jacuzzi. Business suite was large and well appointed.
