The staff was excellent, friendly,accommodating. The beds were comfortable but pillows were cheap and the phones weren't working. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean. Drink specials at the bar and service in the restaurant was very good while the food was good but a little pricey for what you got. -

This hotel is a great place to stay!! I highly recommend it to anyone going to Daytona! DJ at the front desk is great, he worked very well with us and made our stay awesome! Its not very often you see someone with great customer service anymore but DJ, front desk and Jackie in the H2O were awesome. I must admit your whole team there was great

This hotel is a great place to stay!! I highly recommend it to anyone - Business or Pleasure. I was there on Business, but it felt like a mimi vacation!
DJ at the front desk is great!!! He was very accomodating, professional, and friendly!
The view from the room was beautiful, the staff was awesome, the food was yummy and the dining area has a nice apmostphere.
I will definitely stay there again if I go to Daytona!!

Well where do I begin. We first arrived at the hotel about 12 hrs to
early( before check-in ) the staff was super friendly and even opened
the pool and hot tub so we had some where to relax. At this moment they
are in the middle of remodeling so wasn't sure what to expect, kinda
figured the reason we got it so cheap is because it was a cheap hotel

Then we got the call around 1 pm that the staff had worked hard to get
our room ready 3 hrs ahead of schedule and we were ready for our room.

The staff was wonderful. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful alway greeting by name when every I came down stairs as well as when my family and I were return for the evening. The rooms were great and the bed and pillows were wonderful. In fact my wife and I am looking for new mattress tomorrow as we see what we were missing.

Friendly staff, fast check-in, got more than I expected. Awesome ocean view suite. Clean and nice big flat screen TV's in rooms .A/C worked great! 2 pools and right on the beach. Free breakfast was great grab and go, cereals, milk, yogurt and fresh donuts. Had a problem with door lock on balcony and staff quickly changed the whole handle/lock. My family and I enjoyed our stay, the only request we had that could not be met was four of the gate keys, as we had my wife and our two oldest grandsons which at times wanted to do different things at different times and they would only give out two per room... they gave us room keys for everyone, just wish we could have had four gate keys rather

This was by far one of the best places to stay on Daytona Beach! It was clean, family friendly and a locked community. All the amenities of home were there (including washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, barbeque, stove & microwave), but with the view of the Atlantic Ocean.

I loved the fact that you have to be at least 21 to stay there, you don't have to worry about a bunch of rowdy teens. It's a very family oriented hotel and the donuts are great! - VIewing and listening to the surf, and the wonderful sunrise you arranged for us!

The staff was amazing! I had bought a bottle of wine and didn't have
wine glasses. On my way to go visit some of the beach I told the staff
and they took two glasses up and put them up in my room! The
accommodations were very plush to me and the view from our room had both
the skyline and the beach! Can't wait to come back! -

The location was perfect. Very close to the board walk and activities. The beach was private with no cars driving by and they could not park in front of the motel. It was nice having the bedroom seperate from the livingroom and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipt with all the needed essentials. Great value for the money. -

The hotel rooms are nice and clean....the staff is nice and
friendly...skip the hard sell on the timeshare...it is probably the
only reason people give bad reviews (to get even for buying an
overpriced timeshare)...the staff said the owners of the timeshares
give bad reviews that are untruthful...this is a great place to rent a
room...the exterior

I immediately was impressed by Grand Seas friendly staff & how
helpful they were to my needs. I stayed at this hotel with my 3
daughters ages 21, 14 & 11. The girls really loved this place, we
will be returning again next year. I want to give special thanks to the
housekeeping staff who were absolutely amazing. Very friendly & very
caring to all of our needs. With a room full of girls its very hard to
keep towels & things & this staff kept us very well taken care

We went for Daytona Bike Week and the hotel was very "bike" friendly. Staff were very helpful, rooms very nice, not luxury but clean, smelled good, roomy....and it's close to everything so you can choose to walk to breakfast or dinner if the weather is a bit unsettled. Also, right on the water, the sound of the Atlantic beating the shore settles

The location was very convenient to many other attractions. Affordable. Amenities were very nice: large pool, 2 hot tubs, Tiki Bar, laundry. Staff was very friendly & strived to meet requests. Big Thank You to Willie at the front desk! She is awesome!
