Pretty much everything was good about Hawthorn Suites. The room was
large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any
problems so we can't comment on how these would have been dealt with
- but I would have been very surprised if they hadn't dealt with
them perfectly. -

Pool and hot tub were nice. Business center satisfied my requirements. The refreshment and snack bar by the front desk is a nice convenience. Easy access to I-75 and only a few minutes' drive from Oregon Historic District. -
Beds were very comfortable! Very nice pool area! Right next to U of Dayton right off highway!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was cheerful and happy--lots of genuine kindness and smiling faces. Especially the night GSR/manager Courtney. What a wonderful person. We felt welcomed and cared for. Great location too, with easy access. -

Despite earlier negative reviews, I found the hotel to be clean, the
staff friendly and the room prices just right. Breakfast was better than
expected- no day old donuts and stale cereal! The location is great-
just off 75. I'm glad I didn't believe the reviews. -

We truly enjoyed the 360 degree restaurant, along with its amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We actually looked forward to seeing them each morning! We also dined there on one of our 5 nights, and were treated to a delightfully prepared meal and stellar service. The beds were comfortable, parking was free and the reception staff were very accommodating. We will stay here again and recommend it to friends.
