  We liked everything. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. My mom was especially impressed with the Keurig coffee maker! We both give high marks for the excellent (and FAST) hot water and water pressure in the shower.   Location. Helpful, friendly staff. When the TV would not work late at night we got a free breakfast. We were allowed leave our car after check-out while we went to the Tennessee Aquarium and lunch. We got 2 coupons for area restaurants, which we used.   Staff was great. Greeted as soon as we pulled to the curb. Check in was great. Room was clean and temperature was just right. - Location is the best. Close to everything. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you leave.
