Location is convenient to Chattanooga attractions. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a king-sized bed, plus a sofa-bed sitting area, a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LCD HD TV. The breakfast buffet staff was wonderful! They were extremely cheerful and pleasant to be greeted by in the morning. The desk and lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large! Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.

Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. They were quick to give us another room when there were problems with the first. The room was very small (microtel) but suitable for the small amount of time we spent in it the one night we were there. Great price and very comfortable bed, would recommend if all you are planning on doing in the room is

The staff was helpful and courteous. I checked out earlier than expected and was chared for only half of the full night stay. I had expected to be charged full price, a welcomed surprise. The hotel has a beautiful scenic view. Wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we need to book a room it will most definitely be with this chain. Thanks again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, shuttle that takes you all over Chattanooga. The property is really lovely, quaint and historic. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet too. The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !
