My husband booked a fishing charter and it was right down the street from the hotel so it's a great place for someone wishing to fish. He caught 6 striped bass! We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

  The owner / manager Annie was wonderful! She was very positive and helpful with local recommendations. Our room was large, clean and well equipped! We would stay here again! - The room was clean and comfortable. The proprietor, Annie, was very friendly and helpful. We had a kitchenette, which was very useful for storing cold drinks, etc.

  When we arrived not only were we allowed to check in early but we were given an upgrade. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - Setting was quiet and grounds were very well kept. The room was simple but spotless. Looks like our room was completely redone recently.
