I loved everything about this hotel. From the staff, to the room, and the price + location. It was at a peaceful side of Burbank. There was light traffic and if your like me and you like your peace.. The hotel was clean and well designed. The room was a little small,
but we expected that. The pool was a refreshing break after a long day
visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was
a 10 min drive. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. Free
coffee and morning pastries were a great way to start the day. Will
stay there again!

I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor

Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like
the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do
not do this!
Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

The owners were impecable and friendly people. Awesome place. Looked brand new and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were big and they smelled and looked inside like a plush, brand new Airbus 380. -
Place was like new. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Right off of the highway. 20 minutes from Hollywood. Was quiet, and felt safe.

1) They were able to check us in 2 hrs. early, 2) friendly staff 3) met our maid and she even supplied us with rags to clean the car windows when she saw us struggling with napkins 4) clean, comfortable room 5) free WIFI and HBO (yay). Nothing fancy but definitely worth the $$ and filled our needs nicely. -
