  location was wonderful everything was very close. We had an incident while there and staff responded promptly and with the seriousness that the incident required. I really appreciated that. - The location was great-right across the street from Medieval Times & Pirates. Also just a short drive to Bubba Gumps, Knott's, & Disneyland.

  I like how the front desk ladies were very friendly. Very Helpful. Easy checking in. Housekeeping is nice and helpful. Free coffee in the morning. Alot of food places within a mile. - I liked the pets allowed. The office staff was able to change the error done when I booked the room online; with no change to price.   The beds and the coffee! The beds were so comfortable we slept like rocks. The room was very clean, sparse in the art area but that didn't matter. The morning coffee was so good. I would definately stay here again. The families were enjoying the pool area, and the staff were very friendly.   the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. the maids were very good and work in a timely matter. the room was old but cozy. and I really like the fact that you allowed my dog to stay as well.
