  I was looking for something nice and econimical for an overnight stay. This place was highly recommended by friends who stay here often and they were right! It was one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest places I have stayed at in the Branson area. I didn't get to meet Joe but Carol was absolutely a gem! Only 3 miles from SDC, 2 miles to get back t - I loved absolutely everything!!!! The Inn is ran by a great couple who uphold the values of those that choose to stay. When you ask for non-smoking, you can be rest assured it is non-smoking. The rooms don't have a stale/musty smell to them due to smokers smoking, and they are really clean rooms. I was not afraid to walk on the floors barefoot and the shower/tub was a perfect height. I have a poor leg but was able to get in and out w/o difficulty.   This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family. The price was right in the middle range of hotels in the Branson area, but with the perks of more high priced hotels. The breakfast was great and was run well -- the food never ran out. Another big plus was the late night desert offering. Yum. - The hotel was extremely clean and modern. I especially liked that they did not use bedspreads on the bed. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and waffles. For an evening snack after the shows the hotel offered cobbler and ice cream, or cookies. All of this was included in the price, which saved us a lot of money. It was centrally located, being near the shows that we wanted to see, and was on the drive leading to Tanger Outlet Mall.

  The manager went above and beyond his duties to assure everyone had what they needed, and with the most pleasant demeanor. Cleanliness was amazing!!!!   It was not on the strip. Very quiet. It was not over crowded. Staff accomadating. We were able to check in before 3 pm. Breakfast was fine. Beverages 24/7 was great. The ice cream and cobbler was awesome. Our grandchildren loved it. My husband used the fitness room everyday. It was quiet. They had a wonderful breakfast and dessert from 9PM to 11PM which was great when coming in from the shows. There was not one thing I did not like about it. We met several folks who had been coming there for years and had nothing but good things to say about the hotel!
