  the hotel itself was beautiful, the rate was great, staff very friendly, valet, bellman, all great job.This was not not first time staying @ a Hard Rock, but this was nice. This trip was a birthday for my sister and she enjoyed, from the free buffet for free play and another one for birth month. It was a great trip and we will be back. The room is immaculate, plush, all the usual trappings and comfort a casino can afford, but with a great hard-rock theme running throughout. Not a fan of rock? Really that has nothing to do with it, it's just nice to have a hotel with some personality but the comfort and size to let you enjoy yourself.

  I was very pleased with everything. We got to the hotel to check in; I gave the lady at the front desk my confirmation number. She looked at me and informed me I put in the wrong date in the computer. She was very kind. They had one room left. It was a queen room, smoking. There was 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). She explain to me that they were out of rol - i liked that the staff was very friendly. i was actually scared to stay there due to all the bad reviews, but glad we did stay there after all. pet friendly, clean(well as clean as you can get with all the beach sand you drag in- lol). as soon as we got there they offered us an upgrade (cheap!) and we ended up stayn longer. i did not like the reviews i read before our trip.   LB's steak house was wonderful and our waiter and hostess Sabrina were the greatest..The next night after hours in your wonderful Casino we got burgers to go from your food court and wow they were the best ever!!! Staff in the casino were super friendly and tell them once what you want and they remember, loved that your Public Relations lady came ... что говорят » and personally introdued herself to us in the casino and said to let her know if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and king size bed was real comfo - The Staff was most courteous and attentive to our every needs. They even knocked off a movie charge since we did not finish viewing the movie in it´s entirety. I recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has never been there. We even won money on the slot machines , 900 dlr jackpot on a penny macjine the 1st night and then 525 dlrs on a 5dlr slot the next day .
