  First, I found that staying in Alameda as opposed to San Francisco, our destination, was not a bad idea at all. Parking is available and included. The room was spacious and clean.   Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. . even peaceful and quiet although close to the airport.

  I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The coffee was awesome... что говорят » ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. - If we would have judged the hotel from the exterior and the surroundings we would have not chosen to stay here. This hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, layout is great, and they have a microwave, fridge, and free wifi, free shuttle service, and free parking!

  The staff was very hospitable and eager to help with suggestion, directions or any other request. Polite and responsive to each meeting we had with the staff. The rate was very good for the room as we stayed 4 days. Parking rate of $22 dollars seems high but the security of our rental out weighed the cost with peace of mind. We were there primarily to visit a young adult son who also had other things that needed to be done, but the location gave us things nearby to do in between times. But we were especially appreciative of the staff from the front desk to the Bistro to those who cleaned. They were friendly, helpful, interactive, and welcoming.

  The building itself is old and shows some wear, but it is clear the owners take pride in their facility. The paint, furnishings, and carpet were clean and all looked like brand new.
