The pickup from Dulles Airport was within five minutes of my call. The

Staybridge Suites tick all the boxes. The rooms with suite were large and comfortable.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. The shuttle bus was so good and always right on time for us. That was one of the reasons we chose Staybridge. Very impressive. The staff - could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The best I have experienced in a long time.
I had to hang around the hotel after the usual checkout time of midday, and they extended my checkout time until 2 p.m., which I very much appreciated.

I arrived late and Joe at reception was welcoming and patient. The room and bed were excellent and the stay was too short. The shuttle driver in the morning gave us time to get a coffee for the ride. Brilliant! -

Staff (from manager to housekeepers) were professional, helpful and genuinely friendly. Also, were lucky to be there on a Tuesday(hotel provides free drinks and dinner on Tues and Fridays.) We enjoyed that very much. - We only stayed one night. The stay and the breakfast were great!
